Wednesday or so

RantWoman collected this item from a Tweet stream about  #potus45 The President's daily tweet cycles: first tweet at 5:46 am one day, last tweet 12:22 am the next day. Twitter was wondering how he maintains his #stablegenius persona on that little sleep.

The article has all kinds of links in case rantWoman or anyone else needs more detail and / or more exhortations to get more sleep than one is probably in the US getting.

RantWoman recognizes that there could be many things impairing the President's sleep. RantWoman also in no way feels ANY responsibility for the President's sleep hygiene even if she is one of probably millions of voices contributing to presidential sleeplessness. RantWoman is simply doing her part for the republic by tending to her own sleep issues and praying fervently that the idea might catch on and the planet might be spared at least a SMALL percentage of presidential electronic mutterances.

And in case #Potus45 needs further nudging to maybe lay of f the late night twitter, screen issues.

In the meantime, Wednesday's sleep or not data:

Forgot where I needed to catch the 48 so added extra steps backtracking. Yeah steps!

Meeting downtown in the morning. Nice energizing meeting. Did I talk to much? walk from City Hall to the library to catch #2 bus uphill to mail box and baked chicken and potato wedges from QFC for lunch. Bus 2 +48 and home in time for 1:00 meeting.

Ice cream bar mid afternoon.

Party at 5:00 pm. Pizza. chips. Cookies. There was fresh from the plant matter on some of the pizza. Half a glass of Coke. No apparent impact on sleep.

Buttermilk and Mango Tango juice at some point.

Laundry, 8:30-12:00

Fell asleep in chair after stowing laundry.

Go to bed 1:30 and wake up about 5:50.

breakfast, twitter, go back to bed about 8:45 and up before 10..

Happy Thursday.
