Haze and meatballs
It will be well past 2 am when RantWoman hits the pillow. Ummmm
RantWoman is feeling underexercised because of the wildfire haze. Eyes burn, Feel lethargic at same time as muscles want to move. Feeling too lethargic to walk a few blocks to walk around in air conditioning at nearby big box store.
Note to self: write up minimize walking routing from yesterday.
Note to self: admit it. Even when the city is NOT so hazy one cannot see nearby landmarks, RantWoman is walking less than she used to. CAN she notch things back up a little?
Note to self: food rhythms off a little. Eggplant sandwich and grande sized black tea before 7 pm as part of stay hydrated efforts. But the caffeine. Also made limeade later at home.
Leftover meatballs about 8 pm? Ummmm
RantWoman from time to time allows her brain to be infested by earworms. Or more precisely, RantWoman listens to the same song or piece of music over and over for awhile. In the realm of not sleeping, RantWoman is currently in the thrall of Bob Dylan doing Mr. Tambourine Man. RantWoman does not pretend to understand all of the poetry. Perhaps that is the point.
Today:
Made it to bed about 2 am; woke up about 6:30. Meant actually to go back to bed after breakfast but other obligations intervened before RantWoman had to leave for a meeting.
Dinner last night was cream of red pepper soup, black bean quinoa chips and fruit and yogurt.
No food or caffeine after about 6. Stomach seemed fine with dinner.
From walk home before bed
Air smells damp. Maybe rain!!!!
Night before last: bed about 4, up after 8. Barely 4 hours.
