Okay, I ignored the himalayan salt. I meant to substitute flax meal for psyllium seed, but I forgot. Oh and I had pepper jack but not Mozzarella. Result is tasty and will satisfy my need for legumes for a few days. PS 5 minute not counting letting the lentils soak overnight or as I did soak quite a while in boiling water. I also ignored the avocado sauce but I have some lovely salsa with pumpkin and I don't know what all that does nicely. Change sheets means frying the linens in the dryer as bedbug prophylaxis but also just general sense of refreshment.  Did I mention that I slept through Quaker meeting without even joining on Zoom? I am trying to thin out clutter so, for instance, I will give away the raggedy cotton blanket after I wash it because I have a lovely one Mom gave me when she moved. I changed sheets, blankets. And I reminded myself why I like a thinner but larger blanket. I finally called Mom's again about noon. She was up and headed to lunch. She says she has a very drippy nose and did not go to church. So extra calls on the land line just to monitor. Meanwhile I have done NOTHING I need to do and will have to get to it tomorrow.

This meant morning worked but by late afternoon I was falling asleep every time I sat down and tried to zoom or watch a video. Legs hurt but I managed to get all of my errands done. I have also started alternating tylenol and ibuprofen which seems to help.

Zucchini!

I might actually try this on I've never tried zucchini like this before! This is a delicious and very easy 6:22 hours of sleep. Sleep helped about leg pains and aches from shots. I went to 2 Quaker meetings on Zoom with serious bed head. Candidates' forum went really well. Now some time on the bike after compline while I figure out the calendar for this week.

Really a lot of work but interesting cake. Almost too rich to eat.

Tough standard to set though.

Roasted Okra Is Our Favorite Salty Snack I think about 4:30 hours of sleep in bed. I was snacking too late at night and woke up several times. AlsoI think my CPAP rolls over at noon. I think it was reflecting yesterday's afternoon nap. No patience with unstable internet connections and vexed by the good and bad of Zoom.

Dang. If there is air-fried okra, even virtually, MAYBE I can get along without Psycho Killer

I ALMOST feel rested and it even took a little moving around before the right leg started hurting, well except for one little turn when I get out of bed and have to go around a corner. BLEAH. Even the most seasoned cook can probably stand to change thing up occasionally. My favorite element: commercial stock. I used to think any darn fool can boil water to make stock but I admit pouring out of a box and livening things up a little has a certain amount of appeal

Wildfire smoke is worse than it has been and after I realized I probably would not be able to go back to sleep, at least I turned some ingredients into food for a few days.
