5.3 hours of sleep.

A LOT of laundry last night and still to bed by a decent hour.

Lots of movement so sleep was easy.

Today was #BlindPeopleVote day at the library.

I wound up deciding not to vote yet.

WINDY but good day.

Also mail order new socks so I can retire some old ones and NEW clothing thank you Lands End big and tall men's department.

Sleep the final frontier. In bed about 1.   Sudoku anyone?   I am a grownup. I did not HAVE to start the second puzzle.   Up before 6.   5 ish hours and I cannot go back to bed both because of the impending floor stripping and waxing in my hall and because I have a meeting at 10 and have to allow travel time.   Also headache. Sleep the blog

There is a Chekhov short story called Sleepy, Спать хочется where the main character spends most of the story fighting sleep and the things that keep her from sleeping. In the novel "Oblomov" by Nikolai Goncharov, it takes the main character 50 pages to decide to get out of bed. RantWoman falls somewhere between these two poles. This blog is dedicated to sleep, particularly RantWoman and sleep. RantWoman needs to sleep more than she does. RantWoman does not always manage to do things that probably would help her sleep more. This blog is partly intended to collect data in hopes that RantWoman can settle on some steady practices to help her get more sleep. What time does RantWoman fall asleep?
