4.6 hours of sleep. Not counting a spell in the chair. I also did not go back to bed and WILL aim to go to bed earlier even though tonight is Kyiv worship.

Other than that, besides cat vids and #ChildlessCatLady snark, I recommend nature photography to keep one afloat psychologically in the fever swamps of Elon's sandbox. Readers who wonder WTAF I am talking about feel free to ask.

There is a Chekhov short story called Sleepy, Спать хочется where the main character spends most of the story fighting sleep and the things that keep her from sleeping. In the novel "Oblomov" by Nikolai Goncharov, it takes the main character 50 pages to decide to get out of bed. RantWoman falls somewhere between these two poles. This blog is dedicated to sleep, particularly RantWoman and sleep. RantWoman needs to sleep more than she does. RantWoman does not always manage to do things that probably would help her sleep more.
