Somewhere around 5.5 hours of sleep. 4.1 in bed another 1.5 in a chair because moving was not a thing.

INCREDIBLY frustrating blind person lobby visit on Zoom. Blind people did not have our acts together and the junior staffer acted bored and inattentive and had a bad mic to mix in.

Under the desk exercise feels REALLY energizing but for lunch I also HAD TO TAKE A WALK. Walk also featured both Taco time main course and McD's  OJ AND approximation of mocha.

Sleep the final frontier. In bed about 1.   Sudoku anyone?   I am a grownup. Sleep the blog

There is a Chekhov short story called Sleepy, Спать хочется where the main character spends most of the story fighting sleep and the things that keep her from sleeping. In the novel "Oblomov" by Nikolai Goncharov, it takes the main character 50 pages to decide to get out of bed. RantWoman falls somewhere between these two poles. This blog is dedicated to sleep, particularly RantWoman and sleep. RantWoman needs to sleep more than she does. RantWoman does not always manage to do things that probably would help her sleep more.
