I laughed very hard and should have gone to bed except for instead there was this fascinating video by a Russian economist who, perhaps understandably because he says the Forbes list matters more than the suffering of his countryment, has been branded a foreign influence. Fascinating but too long for appropriate bedtime viewing


4.5 hours of sleep which on most Wednesdays would put me on target for more Zoom than sleep. 

Today I slept through one regular Zoom and watched it on Youtube. Another one was cancelled because the usual host is on bereavement leave until next week. Still another got skipped while I ventured out to Lake City for a VERY mediocre calzone and an in-person meeting 

Truly living large.

It was SUNNY but got cold fast when the sun went down.

Sleep the final frontier. In bed about 1.   Sudoku anyone?   I am a grownup. Sleep the blog

There is a Chekhov short story called Sleepy, Спать хочется where the main character spends most of the story fighting sleep and the things that keep her from sleeping. In the novel "Oblomov" by Nikolai Goncharov, it takes the main character 50 pages to decide to get out of bed. RantWoman falls somewhere between these two poles. This blog is dedicated to sleep, particularly RantWoman and sleep. RantWoman needs to sleep more than she does. RantWoman does not always manage to do things that probably would help her sleep more. This blog is partly intended to collect data in hopes that RantWoman can settle on some steady practices to help her get more sleep. What time does RantWoman fall asleep?
