Frozen reserves and a frightening amount of KALE

Moderately vigorous late night exercise turning ingredients into food after a trip to PCC for a supper burrito and veggies, leeks, a fennel bulb, zucchini, parsley, mushrooms and one bunch of kale. A bunch of kale turns out to be a frightening quantity for a single person who just does not DO raw kale. The kale went into a batch of white bean stew. The frozen reserves were cooked chicken thighs that went with the veggies into a chicken veggie stew.
