The sleep?

5 ish hours. 

half an hour of exercise bicycle at 9 pm and no snacks after dinner sounds good until...

Too much ramadan incense in the middle of the night gets in the way of breathing and sleeping.

I finally just got up, sat in the dark and listened to the radio for awhile, ate breakfast and then went back to bed. A little hair raising since I missed my morning techno zoom and will have to Youtube it and I was a little crunched to do lunch and make a 1 pm IN PERSON meeting. 

No making split pea soup.

No cleaning out Refrigerator.

No paperwork. 

No morning Twitter because I am being too sight dependent and hate talking to my phone and did not want screen light.

Such First world problems.

Holy Cow. Almost 9 hours of sleep. The extravagant luxury of going back to bed and not even trying to do anything after 5.9 hours of sleep. Going to bed at a reasonable hour because of not wanting to compute in the computer lab with no AC helped.  I decided I needed to get up and eat a real breakfast after a dream involving my certainty that I needed to take a shower in a tiny restroom near a big event of some kind and then enjoying a lot of food that I found tasty and it was not clear whether others realized it was available. I probably can go all kinds of places with that. Computer lab has AC. Room where digital equity team works does not. There is some kind of switching mystery that not even one of the very wise SHA HVAC experts can solve. Nice to see the computer lab space in use. And for exercise I will ride under desk bike to nowhere for awhile at an hour too late to be a good idea. Also I MUST scrub floor and wrangle refrigerator life forms. Virtual church x 3

About six hours of sleep. I should have gone back to bed. CPAP is a little bit of a workout but I think that will settle down. Mom's tree after all the presents were unwrapped Christmas with the fam went brilliantly.  First there was a chauffeur schedule that left me time to talk to Mom about latest non-locating of my brother while nephew fetched his parents. We did snack food and did not even attempt anything complex in Mom's "one-butt kitchen" Little Sister brought Little Smokies, one pan in a sauce I did not expect to tolerate made of commercial BBQ sauce and grape jelly. Little sister brought rolls and fruit salad. I brought crackers, cream cheese, beet chips and celery the latter of which I think I was the only one eating. So the rest of the bunch gets sauted and frozen for soup.  I brought yams to microwave if anyone wanted but kitchen logistics clobbered that.
