Where is the tooth fairy when I need her and a cat vid to up motivation about making apartment suitable for a NEW CAT


3.5 hours of sleep. 

Having an alarm I can rely on or figuring out how to set alarm on my bedrrom radio would have let me stay in bed another hour before 10 am zoom.

10 am zoom is all about writing a grant awhile ago where grantwriter advised leaving out disabililty related stuff because the reviewers would not understand, becoming a reviewer for same program, and now being a possibly paid consultant so I should still figure out my alarm, multiple other technological time sucks and how much to try to do all at once

Digression possible for morning tech issues: laptop screen is working inconsistently and I am nowhere near hot s...t blind user enough just to decide to go screen free. .

As for the tooth fairy, tooth has been VERY loose for a few days. It was painful at first but I assume the nerve died and it was hanging on by a thread until toothbrushing last night . I was getting so annoyed that I was thinking of sterilizing something and just snipping. Life is much better now that I don't have loose tooth flapping around. It only bled a little and settled down nicely. Tooth clearly had a big filling. Also teeth issues are FINALLY making me ditch the manicure by biting nails and use real scissors. Oh joy.

Anyway still have plenty of teeth but I should go to dentist. And breakfast was leftover from meeting yesterday so I feel oddly blessed. But I also need to de grime fridge before I do more grocery orders.

And Navalny of course died in prison as if anyone needed any proof of...

and no matter how much heart aches for another cat, i MUST declutter some more and fill out some paperwork

and do taxes

and deal with rent recert

But Amazon order sanau from having something I really wanted dropped in mail room and stolen is more or less cleared up. I will have to see if I can reorder one item and maybe I will bitch in blog about whole customer service fiascoes.

But now it's shower time and then lunch and then computer lab.

Holy Cow. Almost 9 hours of sleep. The extravagant luxury of going back to bed and not even trying to do anything after 5.9 hours of sleep. Going to bed at a reasonable hour because of not wanting to compute in the computer lab with no AC helped.  I decided I needed to get up and eat a real breakfast after a dream involving my certainty that I needed to take a shower in a tiny restroom near a big event of some kind and then enjoying a lot of food that I found tasty and it was not clear whether others realized it was available. I probably can go all kinds of places with that. Computer lab has AC. Room where digital equity team works does not. There is some kind of switching mystery that not even one of the very wise SHA HVAC experts can solve. Nice to see the computer lab space in use. Virtual church x 3

About six hours of sleep. I should have gone back to bed. CPAP is a little bit of a workout but I think that will settle down. Mom's tree after all the presents were unwrapped Christmas with the fam went brilliantly.  First there was a chauffeur schedule that left me time to talk to Mom about latest non-locating of my brother while nephew fetched his parents. We did snack food and did not even attempt anything complex in Mom's "one-butt kitchen" Little Sister brought Little Smokies, one pan in a sauce I did not expect to tolerate made of commercial BBQ sauce and grape jelly. Little sister brought rolls and fruit salad. I brought crackers, cream cheese, beet chips and celery the latter of which I think I was the only one eating. So the rest of the bunch gets sauted and frozen for soup.  I brought yams to microwave if anyone wanted but kitchen logistics clobbered that.
