5.o hours of sleep

EASY bus trip to see Mom and reassure myself that I have not completely lost capacity to cope with heat. Plus nice breeze and a few lovely blocks of extra walking to move large muscles.


We will have more elaborate mothers day observance in a couple weeks.

Sleep the final frontier. In bed about 1.   Sudoku anyone?   I am a grownup. Sleep the blog

There is a Chekhov short story called Sleepy, Спать хочется where the main character spends most of the story fighting sleep and the things that keep her from sleeping. In the novel "Oblomov" by Nikolai Goncharov, it takes the main character 50 pages to decide to get out of bed. RantWoman falls somewhere between these two poles. This blog is dedicated to sleep, particularly RantWoman and sleep. RantWoman needs to sleep more than she does. RantWoman does not always manage to do things that probably would help her sleep more.
