Well over 6 hours of sleep..starting well after 4 am.

I am a grownup. I do not know why writing works so well late into the night Early into the morning. I think the resulting effort was very cool except one passsge got duplicated because of an editing oops.

The good news: I missed the initial call about something that SHOULD HAVE FREAKING BEEN FOLLOWED UP ON TUESDAY but that apparently my voice was needed.

Today's method of handling anxiety about world affairs: retweet FCNL tweets. 

And here we are, entertainn us, with SCIENCE no less.

There is a Chekhov short story called Sleepy, Спать хочется where the main character spends most of the story fighting sleep and the things that keep her from sleeping. In the novel "Oblomov" by Nikolai Goncharov, it takes the main character 50 pages to decide to get out of bed. RantWoman falls somewhere between these two poles. This blog is dedicated to sleep, particularly RantWoman and sleep. RantWoman needs to sleep more than she does. RantWoman does not always manage to do things that probably would help her sleep more.
