 5 ish hours of sleep. 


Aerobic exercise with bicycle exerciser makes me feel more alive but does not make more time to sleep. But I sort of expect more exercise to answer question from a conversation the other day: is all that pandemic weight LOSS due to lost muscle mass because that would be crappy.


Exerciser does not give me more time to sleep and tomorrow is another 8 am  zoom.


cauliflower crunch snacks at bedtime. Tasty. probably better for me than other options but it would be better to skip the late night snacking altogether. Trying to hit the right balance to do that. 


As fopr the trainined public radio puppy dog. I looked at the redistricting website and sent the link off to the WCB list. It will be interesting to see who if anyone interacts.


Today is 9 am in person with masks required. It's a drag with two people. It willb e een more of a drag if we have customers.
