  6+ hours of sleep. Woot! Go back to bed earlier than sometimes AND goback to bed after feeding the cat. And no time obligations until 11:00.

Did I mention I am thrilled the computer lab door is fixed? I am not terribly sorry whoever punched in the window left blood splatters all over the door. I did not notice even the ones on the doorknob never mind the ones I wouldn't see because of bad lighting until the maintenance guy pointed them out to me. Dried. Reovable with hand sanitizing wipes.


I am still basking in appreciation for weekend zoom activities. People I was cheerleader for were SO grateful and more than one others were also grateful for me bringing up general topic of disability. 


Do not ask about other conversations about the topic. Or things lingering after a really lovely memorial.


The chicken? It's zoom conference season and I need to probably walk back one thing I signed up for. A flock of actual live emotional support chickens sounds like too much for the computer lab. But the chicken is a present from someone in an "I want to give you a present and I really don't care whether a fluffy purply chicken is a present you would think to ask for. But Enjoy!" In the realm of curious help that may or may not be totally helpful I can live with that, especially since the chicken is now one less thing to trip over in teh paprtment.

Holy Cow. Almost 9 hours of sleep. The extravagant luxury of going back to bed and not even trying to do anything after 5.9 hours of sleep. Going to bed at a reasonable hour because of not wanting to compute in the computer lab with no AC helped.  I decided I needed to get up and eat a real breakfast after a dream involving my certainty that I needed to take a shower in a tiny restroom near a big event of some kind and then enjoying a lot of food that I found tasty and it was not clear whether others realized it was available. I probably can go all kinds of places with that. Computer lab has AC. Room where digital equity team works does not. There is some kind of switching mystery that not even one of the very wise SHA HVAC experts can solve. Nice to see the computer lab space in use. Virtual church x 3

About six hours of sleep. I should have gone back to bed. CPAP is a little bit of a workout but I think that will settle down. Mom's tree after all the presents were unwrapped Christmas with the fam went brilliantly.  First there was a chauffeur schedule that left me time to talk to Mom about latest non-locating of my brother while nephew fetched his parents. We did snack food and did not even attempt anything complex in Mom's "one-butt kitchen" Little Sister brought Little Smokies, one pan in a sauce I did not expect to tolerate made of commercial BBQ sauce and grape jelly. Little sister brought rolls and fruit salad. I brought crackers, cream cheese, beet chips and celery the latter of which I think I was the only one eating. So the rest of the bunch gets sauted and frozen for soup.  I brought yams to microwave if anyone wanted but kitchen logistics clobbered that.
