Beta testing and Kill the Deathmongers

 Somewhere around 5 hours of sleep. Going to bed earlier as in when I was sleepy anyway would have been good. Knowing the QM Bible study started 15 minutes later than i thought also would not have been terrible. But not trying to wash dishes while Zooming was definitely morning sanity.

--For rest of the world blog a Sometimes Stupid happens item. Someone at an anti-nuclear weapons event with a sign that said "Kill the Deathmongers" definitely falls into that category. Some other events too.


Babble about accessible campaign management software.


Oh and I signed up for a usability study involving the term "beta test" also known as unstable software likely to cause device to do weird things. So now I get to find the email about loading it and figure out how to unload. Welcome to life on the frontier for this century.

Holy Cow. Almost 9 hours of sleep. The extravagant luxury of going back to bed and not even trying to do anything after 5.9 hours of sleep. Going to bed at a reasonable hour because of not wanting to compute in the computer lab with no AC helped.  I decided I needed to get up and eat a real breakfast after a dream involving my certainty that I needed to take a shower in a tiny restroom near a big event of some kind and then enjoying a lot of food that I found tasty and it was not clear whether others realized it was available. I probably can go all kinds of places with that. Computer lab has AC. Room where digital equity team works does not. There is some kind of switching mystery that not even one of the very wise SHA HVAC experts can solve. Nice to see the computer lab space in use. Virtual church x 3

About six hours of sleep. I should have gone back to bed. CPAP is a little bit of a workout but I think that will settle down. Mom's tree after all the presents were unwrapped Christmas with the fam went brilliantly.  First there was a chauffeur schedule that left me time to talk to Mom about latest non-locating of my brother while nephew fetched his parents. We did snack food and did not even attempt anything complex in Mom's "one-butt kitchen" Little Sister brought Little Smokies, one pan in a sauce I did not expect to tolerate made of commercial BBQ sauce and grape jelly. Little sister brought rolls and fruit salad. I brought crackers, cream cheese, beet chips and celery the latter of which I think I was the only one eating. So the rest of the bunch gets sauted and frozen for soup.  I brought yams to microwave if anyone wanted but kitchen logistics clobbered that.
