Blindness Tourism among other highlights of the day

Somewhere over 4 hours of sleep.

There was a crossword puzzle involved. Also almonds and rice cake late in the evening.

But first there was a VISIT WITH MOM. Documented elsewhere.

Battery low so I did not read much but I fell asleep anyway.

The blindness tourism: has to do with moving the knot that holds the bungee cord in the right tension in the white cane and then redoing the twist-tie that holds the knot in place. More lurid detail available upon request.

Sleep the blog

There is a Chekhov short story called Sleepy, Спать хочется where the main character spends most of the story fighting sleep and the things that keep her from sleeping. In the novel "Oblomov" by Nikolai Goncharov, it takes the main character 50 pages to decide to get out of bed. RantWoman falls somewhere between these two poles. This blog is dedicated to sleep, particularly RantWoman and sleep. RantWoman needs to sleep more than she does. RantWoman does not always manage to do things that probably would help her sleep more.
