No Munching after dinner. No miso. Just embrace it.

RantWoman achieved over 4 hours of sleep.

RantWoman is a grown up. Munching pistachios all evening while on a group Zoom call maybe not the best adult decision for one thing because munching tends to interfere with getting to sleep at a reasonable hour, soemthing RantWoman has trouble with in any case..

Nor is trying the red pepper miso for something warm to drink. RantWoman's body just sometimes reminds her there are good reasons she does not just chomp into miso and tofu as enthusiastically as other people do. RantWoman also has indications she either needs to walk a lot more, cut back some more on calories or deal with some medications she does not want to have to deal with.

Nor was staying up till past 3 interacting with the ongoing interpersonal tangle. RantWoman is glad she was finally able just to settle down and pray and listen to more of the Chechen bombers book for distraction. Weird how distractions work sometimes. Still need to download some different books.

Unfortunately RantWoman realized when she woke up that cellulitis leg while less swollen was all red and blotchy so RantWoman spent her morning sending pictures to her provider's app, phoning the advice line, getting a prescription for antibiotic as she has done before. And RantWoman had the EXQUISITE excuse to take a walk in the sun to the pharmacy.  Doctor who reviewed for prescription also recommended an ultrasound of the leg because of repetitive history. Nice. No idea when RantWoman is going to want to go to a clinic for an ultrasound but nice.

Nurse asked "do you have a fever?" No I don't think so but I have not gotten talking thermometer orderd yet. Rite Aid said they do not have any in stock. Tomorrow maybe check Walgreens or a different rite aid. Better just to call and not try to fog around alone. #AcceptHelpDammit Now is not the time to procrastinate especially since google search already pops the ones that are higher priced to the top and doing product comparisons on smartphone is a drag.

Mask count going up in my building I think. Good thing. I am terrified both of transmitting and of catching but glad for now just to phone things in and to have the capacity to do so.

Yesterday's chopped fruit haul is a huge boon. Gave away grapes and apples that can be safely washed. Have enough honeydew cantaloupe pineapple for several days. And have the nerve to grumble about chopped melon never being as thoroughly ripe as when one totes home a whole melon and just leaves it on the counter for a few days before trying to tuck in.
