Water shutoff?

The good thing about waking up at 5 am is getting a shower and dishwashing done before the 8 am water shutoff. Water shutoff? The notice pasted on the door did not say why but there is some noisy pumping thing parked by the back door. It comes every day and I have to assume there is some plumbing cleaning thing going on maybe in different parts of the building. But maybe that is just my imagination.

Other interesting thing: I went to eye dr yesterday. He is appropriately concerned about my face but got why not even topical steroids around my eyes. He said maybe the preservative in one of my eye drops is the problem so try a preservative free (and probably spendier) version. This morning there is less itch in the eyes. But the level of crusty flaky is about the same.

But then there is the matter of sleep: I should have just gone to bed earlier. This morning's LIght might have been even clearer. But about 4 hours total. 

Yikes. Sleep matters for the face. And I have to have to keep trying to sleep more. But this morning I have a meeting and have things to do before the meeting.
