Spreading?

So um, going to bed at 10:30 automatically adds up to more sleep, right?

Hah! Wide awake about 2:45.

Various options:

--feed the cat of course no question but I think I managed to string her along until 4

--Go walk the breezeway?

--Eat breakfast

--drink tea

--do weekly #caturday post on Twitter

--let Ambassador Thwack post some more sark on Twitter.

--Clean the old bungee cord out of the cane that still needs restringing. Less arduous than for the last one. Flak for Seattle fabrics on Twitter because they have bungee cord by the yard.

--go walk breezeway

Okay  so go walk breezeway gave way to go back to bed. somewhere 6 ish  wake back up around 8. So close to 6 hours.

Face yuck appears to be spreading which probably means it's not an eye drop issue. Fairly newly blind nurse at chapter meeting said just go to ER but i dd not want to brave husky traffic. So tomorrow or maybe monday to primary care.

Holy Cow. Almost 9 hours of sleep. The extravagant luxury of going back to bed and not even trying to do anything after 5.9 hours of sleep. Going to bed at a reasonable hour because of not wanting to compute in the computer lab with no AC helped.  I decided I needed to get up and eat a real breakfast after a dream involving my certainty that I needed to take a shower in a tiny restroom near a big event of some kind and then enjoying a lot of food that I found tasty and it was not clear whether others realized it was available. I probably can go all kinds of places with that. Computer lab has AC. Room where digital equity team works does not. There is some kind of switching mystery that not even one of the very wise SHA HVAC experts can solve. Nice to see the computer lab space in use. And for exercise I will ride under desk bike to nowhere for awhile at an hour too late to be a good idea. Also I MUST scrub floor and wrangle refrigerator life forms. Virtual church x 3

About six hours of sleep. I should have gone back to bed. CPAP is a little bit of a workout but I think that will settle down. Mom's tree after all the presents were unwrapped Christmas with the fam went brilliantly.  First there was a chauffeur schedule that left me time to talk to Mom about latest non-locating of my brother while nephew fetched his parents. We did snack food and did not even attempt anything complex in Mom's "one-butt kitchen" Little Sister brought Little Smokies, one pan in a sauce I did not expect to tolerate made of commercial BBQ sauce and grape jelly. Little sister brought rolls and fruit salad. I brought crackers, cream cheese, beet chips and celery the latter of which I think I was the only one eating. So the rest of the bunch gets sauted and frozen for soup.  I brought yams to microwave if anyone wanted but kitchen logistics clobbered that.
