Somewhere close to 6 hours again

RantWoman's need for self-care reaches to get a machine she can do work on in her own house.

As for sleep, in bed by 12:30.Awake before 5. Make oatmeal in the microwave and save portions ahead. Go back to bed about 6 until about 8.

Not bad. RantWoman also probably could have slept more.
