Whole life challenge time.
Almost 6 hours night before last.
Last night, fell asleep in chair at 10:00 and woke up at 1:30. Good
call to skip the computer. Need to figure out options for less food after
worship.
In bed by two and slept until almost 6, 4 hours plus time in the chair
which for now I will count only because I need to pat myself on the back for no
computer after I came home.
When in doubt and awake too early make oatmeal. Definitely it is time
for that.
Definitely enough exercise because segments of walking between bus
trips.
