Drink water. Sleep. Exercise. Why is all that hard?


Whole life challenge time again.so data collection is likely to be spotty.

 

Sleep target is 5.5 hours. Last 3 nights have been 2,5, almost 6.

 

This going to bed thing takes discipline and not eating late at night. And pineapple is not a flavor I need in a margarita.

 

Look for a talking pedometer?

 

Exercise goal is at least a mile a day which I can do in spurts that add up to 20 minutes along the breezeway.

 

Second team said if they did another round they would be fine with being a team again but so far I have not found them.
