Five, Again. Need exercise routine
Somewhere near 5 hours of sleep.
Went to bed about 12:30. Woke up before 4. What’s up with that?
Went back to bed for over an hour. Woke up again and could not go back
to bed because of morning schedule.
Need better exercise routine not just for aerobic effects but also to
reduce / adjust some, er, fat getting in the way of things and making me dozy
while sitting. Bleah! Me want treadmill desk.
Me also want to cut volume of stuff in apt by about 1/3 AND replace key
pieces of furniture. Should be fun?
