Tuesday catchup


Last night I went to bed before 1 and woke up after 7:30. Over 6 hours! Woot!

 

Came home too full from meeting and meetup. Need better food strategies…

 

This morning I made oatmeal and had to wash dishes so wound up missing morning shower

 

Did not get stretches done either but a decent though not optimal amount of walking.

 

Sunday I cannot remember but and Saturday neither. Holding steady at least 5 hours, closer to 5.5 which is Whole Life Challenge goal for this round.
