Update with some intervening dates missing

Short version:

In bed a little after 2. Awake about 7:30. 5+HOURS.

Personal Goal for  maybe sometime after this Whole Life Challenge thing is at least six hours.

Tonight for grins instead of trying to type on my phone with no autorotate (ask me what that is if interested) I decided to wait to type until I am ata keyboard. Instead I scrolled back in history and will leave a couple comments in separate posts. I do the separate posts so the comments stay reasonably findable and related to the items they are responding to.

K thank you for the reminder that not everyone is totally steeped in and at ease with the computer. I cheerlead for various people. These days I can often tell people what to look for even if I cannot see it and I myself just do a lot of trial and error. With trial and error, when I find something that works I tend to try to repeat it at least once to increase the chances that I will remember it the next time. There. Enough cheerleading.

Also thanks for bearing with the accessibility whines in stream with other stuff. I will figure out how to help the Whole Life Challenge people find and use my comments. When tracking down problems in my experience it is helpful to know exactly where the error occurred and the symptoms of problems. That involves a lot of jargon so thanks to both of you for bearing with all of that.

Sleep

I am touched to know teammates are struggling about sleep stuff. I started my sleep blog so that I would pay attention to caffeine, calories, phases of the moon, exercise, stress, computer use, cat, reading material, wake up time, schedule demands and when does it work to go back to bed.

Less caffeine late in day.

Do not eat after…

Reading braille in the dark is soothing. Okay I read the psalms. The language repeats a lot. It does not matter that my book is in old Grade II contracted braille so I do not have to worry about figuring out how to figure out UEB, the latest new-fangled braille rules from context…

Cat does not get to set breakfast time…

Exercise matters. So does social contact.

Other learnings still in progress.

Sounds like fun?

Daily Exercise: looks like today is not going to hit as much exercise as desirable. Not even if I count finger flicking to delete all the political fundraising emails.

I took one bus downtown to exact stop where I needed to transfer. Bus benches? Um no, opresumably because people do undesirable things if there are bus benches. Standing exercising opportunity for the initiated… Other bus options I let go by near home would require more walking and or not my favorite intersections. I need to check some new route info after shakeup because of construction and deconstruction and reroutes, but not tonight.

I paced a little for several minutes until the bus came. Coming home I also wound up waiting, two buses actually because one was overcrowded. By that time I ahd picked up mail including a package and did not feel so much like walking. So feeling the wind, enjoying the red and green leaves, listening to whatever birds were flocking on a nearby wire, that counts for something if not exactly exercise.

I might still make it outside for some time on the breezeway but my fingers are overflowing and  I need to tend to thought before body falls asleep..
