Saturday Night Zzzzz

Saturday:

--Cool weather. Good time to make pots of the week: barley chicken stew and start some lima beans.

--Wash hair and do household chores. So activity, but decide not to go out for errands.

Early Supper time: Cheese sandwich applesauce gingersnaps. Whole grain bread and juice but maybe not enough fiber.

9 pm  Decide to walk for fast food.
White bean chicken chili and guacamole chips. Body needed legumes. Did body need legumes at that hour?

Doze
Bed 1:30 awake 5:50. So at least > 4 hours but body not sure about needing food so late at night.
