6:50 hours Thursday

5:5? hours Friday

7:35 hours last night, The fall back time change helped. Also. somehow my body summoned enough endorphins to go back to sleep even though my purse briefly went AWOL and I had no Tylenol.


I am such a messy sleeper. I always a little bit appreciate the hotel maid craft of tucking all the bedding in and hate it at the same time. The bed WAS very comfortable and I was definitely well-exercised including extra walking to find the restroom stalls with grab bars. Note to self for any future hotel bookings.
