 Sharp radishes roasted with carrots that carmelize  most deliciously sounds like a fabulous combo. DUDE, use a cutting board. Watching someone cut into their thumb makes me NERVOUS 5:03 hours of sleep, in spite of getting to bed absurdly late. Maybe it was all the small tasks that got done before bedtime.
