Nephew for a while was eating lots of keto. Lots of keto recipes substitute cauliflower for starches. I am open-minded. There are recipes for both sweet and savory cookies.

Sleep the final frontier. In bed about 1.   Sudoku anyone?   I am a grownup. I did not HAVE to start the second puzzle.   Up before 6.   5 ish hours and I cannot go back to bed both because of the impending floor stripping and waxing in my hall and because I have a meeting at 10 and have to allow travel time.   Also headache. Partly tension but breakfast and fluids helped a lot.   Surprisingly lethargic after getting used to more sleep.   Email from Whole Life Challenge. Suggesting an hour a day screen free. OK. So now I get to feel burdened because I did not get more audiobooks downloaded yesterdayand I really really do not want audiobooks on my screen devices.
