Will someone PLEASE cue #DonSnoreleone in that he deserves genteel retirement with as many naps as he needs?



Anyway, this was a plenty of sleep but not enough exercise day for me. PT SORT OF counts but one knee is objecting to weight bearing exercise also known as WALKING.

Sleep the final frontier. In bed about 1.   Sudoku anyone?   I am a grownup. Sleep the blog

There is a Chekhov short story called Sleepy, Спать хочется where the main character spends most of the story fighting sleep and the things that keep her from sleeping. In the novel "Oblomov" by Nikolai Goncharov, it takes the main character 50 pages to decide to get out of bed. RantWoman falls somewhere between these two poles. This blog is dedicated to sleep, particularly RantWoman and sleep. RantWoman needs to sleep more than she does. RantWoman does not always manage to do things that probably would help her sleep more.
