Tempting enough to TRY!
4:04 hours of sleep.
There was the bit about tossing and turning, getting up and finishing the bananas and yogurt and then getting real sleep.
I an not sure about nostalgia for previous years of summer travel at the edges of dawn.
Nasty leg cramps. I will see if a few rounds on the exercise bike soothes the situation.
