GREEN EYES

This video is fun because there are two different mechanisms driving the prevalence of green eyes, functions associated wtih vitamin D synthesis in the parts of Northern Europe where green eyes are more common and on the other hand social selection in Central Europe all the way to Turkey and the Punjab

The resistance bands I ordered came but they are going to have to air out because otherwise there are going to be latex allergy issues.

Cough is still very hacky.

Sleep the final frontier. In bed about 1.   Sudoku anyone?   I am a grownup. Sleep the blog

There is a Chekhov short story called Sleepy, Спать хочется where the main character spends most of the story fighting sleep and the things that keep her from sleeping. In the novel "Oblomov" by Nikolai Goncharov, it takes the main character 50 pages to decide to get out of bed. RantWoman falls somewhere between these two poles. This blog is dedicated to sleep, particularly RantWoman and sleep. RantWoman needs to sleep more than she does. RantWoman does not always manage to do things that probably would help her sleep more. This blog is partly intended to collect data in hopes that RantWoman can settle on some steady practices to help her get more sleep. What time does RantWoman fall asleep?
