Who can reist a very faous chef doing mundane things,
Memo to all the culinary fat phobes: it doesn't matter whether you boil or saute spinach. Apparently any form of cooking makes the calcium in calcium oxalate more bio available. This info gleaned that from one of the doctors occasionally reposted here.
Mr. Pepin himself says the kind of oil / fat is not too important so readers are free to finish with whatever kind of oil they like.
a full 8:02 hours of sleep. Achieved by doing laundry early and going back to bed after a banana and a big drink of water when I first woke up.
Now if I can manage north of 6 hours / night several nights in a row....
