Bob and Brad hip tips including drink more water

Any set of tips that includes "drink more water" sounds great to me.


Reality is I am skimming through lots of videos and hopefully will remember to come back and review from time to time. 



4:45 hours of sleep.

I bounded out of bed early-ish to make sure I could get in a phone call to the sleep clinic. Run around involved but I scored a virtual appointment with a Nurse practitioner at the end of MAY.

Also washed dishes, took out trash, collected a thumb drive of service and other info from sister...

And made steel cut oats and almond porridge ahead for SIX servings.

Activity seemed actually to help about ouches.
