Exercise even when walking is....
Gah. I am supposed to fight knee arthritis by losing weight and / or getting more exercise, but I get to practice admitting that THINGS HURT. Urk. These exercises do seem to help and they are good for days when walking outside won't happen. Plus they do seem to help.
Replace Walking with 5 min. Fitness Bout for Leg Strength & Balance
Somewhere close to 7 hours of sleep, 3 ish in a chair and 4+ in bed with a CPAP. There is something to be said for bein just too tired to obsess about anything.
