What is it with all these people bailing on pumpkin pie in favor of Sweet potato pie?

I like both. They are NOT interchangeable.

I like the suggested spice mix, the point about processing to break up fibers--even though texture would be fine for me, and the trick about how to cook the crust even though I do not care that much about crust.

More Gutsy GOP women needed in SC

This video is dedicated to everyone fighting everything that keeps sane people awake at night. 2.9 hours of sleep. I MUST get to bed earlier. My body must be joking. I kind of wanted to join a Zoom event at 6 am pacific. So body laughed at me and said But of Course. Two VERY worthwhile sessions, but then breakfast and assorted reminders that my body thinks this week is too much pizza and Nutella and not enough sleep. HAPPY MONDAY.
