I kind of wanted to join a Zoom event at 6 am pacific. So body laughed at me and said But of Course. Two VERY worthwhile sessions, but then breakfast and assorted reminders that my body thinks this week is too much pizza and Nutella and not enough sleep. HAPPY MONDAY.
