The internet has still not told me what was Justice Thomas' fascination with the palace where Rasputin, Christian mystic to tsar Nicholas II and his wife was murdered, but OH the versions of the song being served up.

5.2 hours of sleep.

I made it out of bed in time for weekly Zoom, this week a panel of lawyers with varying opinions about the Supreme Court and matters relevant to the internet.

Tell more stories. Energizing. Will I do laundry or will I let that slide another day????

I am glad it's cool enough to wear pants.

Also YouTube happy, once one watches on City Council hearing to serve up even MORE. Today's gem: public comment period at the Parks, Public Utilities, and Technology Committee. Comments featured an announcement that the Community Surveillance working group needs at least one more member from an under-represented community, but probably not the two members of underrepresented communities their to complain about surveillance in their heads.

RantWoman managed well over 5 hours of sleep in two spells with a break in the middle to pee, feed the cat, eat breakfast. Holy Cow. Almost 9 hours of sleep. The extravagant luxury of going back to bed and not even trying to do anything after 5.9 hours of sleep. Going to bed at a reasonable hour because of not wanting to compute in the computer lab with no AC helped.  I decided I needed to get up and eat a real breakfast after a dream involving my certainty that I needed to take a shower in a tiny restroom near a big event of some kind and then enjoying a lot of food that I found tasty and it was not clear whether others realized it was available. I probably can go all kinds of places with that. Computer lab has AC. Room where digital equity team works does not. There is some kind of switching mystery that not even one of the very wise SHA HVAC experts can solve. Nice to see the computer lab space in use. And for exercise I will ride under desk bike to nowhere for awhile at an hour too late to be a good idea. Also I MUST scrub floor and wrangle refrigerator life forms.
