Plantar Fasciitis exercises

 I thought my roll my foot around a small hand weight and do some hamstring stretches had a handle on PF--until I started latest version of PT.


I want a nubbly ball to carry around for emergency attention.


4:?? hours of sleep.

I got a lot of laundry done last night and even got to bed at a reasonable hour but had to get up, eat a banana, and grab an ibuprofen to deal with leg cramps. Then I woke up a second time, ate some of my porridge and finally got up after the third wakeup.

Biggest excitement: phone calls and dishwashing plus NPR.

Can we say motivational calamity?
