On mediocre milkshake

Sleep notes:   Coleslaw is an awesome thing to have with a burger instead of fries. The milkshake was disappointing but it led to conversation about a different venue for a comparable late dinner.   Late dinner led to 3 hours asleep in chair but at least not in front of a screen.   Then almost 4 hours of sleep. Plus another 1.5 hours after breakfast.   I WILL get the sleep totals up and more stable and reasonable one way or another.   I WILL soak up yet more time with exercise.   I will TRY not to whine about new WLC website design AND news that screen enlarger now works with a new browser I have so far not had to learn because it previously did not work with my accessibility software.   I will continue to rave about my digital talking book player because it is very tactile and there is no screen. I do not know whether I will continue to whine about the difference between oral and visual reading. WTF. Of CO...

brown rice salmon sushi?

Made it to 5.5 hours of Sleep. 2-6 and 7 is to almost 9.   Now if I could manage to skip the late night calories even though it was brown rice salmon sushi and go to bed earlier. Hope springs…

Zombie after caffeine

If one makes the grownup decision to have TWO cups of leaded coffee at 5 pm, one also gets to COPE with the reality of being up until 5 am. Total sleep just over 4 hours and not all in bed. UGH!   Zombie in the afternoon, which is amusing when faced with death by Powerpoint.

Easter with arugula

Sleep: almost SIX hours of sleep. Woot.   Yeah for RantMom’s move to retirement community. Yeah for all kinds of reasons   Yeah? For Little sister being laid low because of needing to have two sides of an ingrown toenail carved on.   Hallelujah. No get the children together and feed them. Instead RantWoman helped Mom with a load of laundry Mom cannot do because she still cannot bend much after recent hernia surgery. And we had dinner at Ida Culver. We will have family gathering later. Yeah for tuna, white beans, and arugula salad.

Thursday

Whole life challenge time.   Almost 6 hours night before last.   Last night, fell asleep in chair at 10:00 and woke up at 1:30. Good call to skip the computer. Need to figure out options for less food after worship.   In bed by two and slept until almost 6, 4 hours plus time in the chair which for now I will count only because I need to pat myself on the back for no computer after I came home.   When in doubt and awake too early make oatmeal. Definitely it is time for that.   Definitely enough exercise because segments of walking between bus trips.

Drink water. Sleep. Exercise. Why is all that hard?

Whole life challenge time again.so data collection is likely to be spotty.   Sleep target is 5.5 hours. Last 3 nights have been 2,5, almost 6.   This going to bed thing takes discipline and not eating late at night. And pineapple is not a flavor I need in a margarita.   Look for a talking pedometer?   Exercise goal is at least a mile a day which I can do in spurts that add up to 20 minutes along the breezeway.   Second team said if they did another round they would be fine with being a team again but so far I have not found them.

Peanut butter at 4 am

Ducked a couple emails until daylight. About 1 until almo4 plus another about 1.5 hours after breakfast.   One of these days I will decide I am done falling asleep to Michelle Obama’s book. At least I discovered how to navigate the talking book reader by time interval instead of just chapters and sections.   Fun times.
