Bach cello suite movement--on contraforte

This is not quite as resonant as on a cello or bass but a LOT less farty than on a contrabassoon.  How DARE I say the contrabassoon sounds farty? Easy. I don't know what else to call it. Anyway, a bit of Bach is almost always a good thing no matter what the instrument. 5:?? hours of sleep counting falling asleep in chair for 1.5 hours and I am not sure how long in bed because the CPAP stopped after 3:?? hours and I am going from clock time. CHocolate ice cream for LUNCH is heavenly but not something to do too often.

Contraforte: remade contrabassoon

 Fun to know instruments are still being improved. One of my dad's bassoonist friends had a contrabassoon. The contraforte is just a lot less farty than contrabassoons on Youtube.It's in FRENCH 5:22 hours of sleep. Amazing what happens when one goes to bed at a reasonable hour. Very satisfying to turn a bunch of ingredients into turkey rice tofu vegetable stew. Enough probably for a whole week On a different note I HATE THIS ARTHRITIS SHIT. Exhausting to totoe home a gallon of distilled water.

Exercise even when walking is....

Gah. I am supposed to fight knee arthritis by losing weight and / or getting more exercise, but I get to practice admitting that THINGS HURT. Urk. These exercises do seem to help and they are good for days when walking outside won't happen. Plus they do seem to help. Replace Walking with 5 min. Fitness Bout for Leg Strength & Balance Somewhere close to 7 hours of sleep, 3 ish in a chair and 4+ in bed with a CPAP. There is something to be said for bein just too tired to obsess about anything.

Modern chemical injection just adds water and makes meat require preservation.  And all of this old knowledge is designed to help one sleep better in the face of anxiety provoking global circumstances--well except for the practicality of salting and smoking. Wht is it about Scottish cooking technologies and practices that suggests wrapping what sounds to me like sort of nondescript batter--except for the spices--in cloth and boiling the package for a couple hours will produce dessert???
